1. Purpose
Spring Theory connects companies with university graduate programs for student capstone and consulting projects. Email is how we reach the faculty and corporate contacts who take part. This policy covers how we send it, and it applies to everyone sending on our behalf, including employees, contractors, agents, and service providers.
2. Who we contact
We send business-to-business email to professional contacts at companies and universities, at their work addresses, in a professional capacity. Our recipients include current and former clients and partners, people who have corresponded or met with us, referrals, and business contacts whose roles are relevant to university partnerships, corporate innovation, analytics, or talent programs. We do not email consumers, personal addresses, or individuals in a personal capacity.
3. How we send
Every message identifies Spring Theory and provides a way to opt out. We do not conceal the sender's identity, use forged headers, or use false or misleading subject lines. We do not sell, rent, or share our contact lists.
4. Opting out
A reply asking to stop is enough - no form and no link required. Opt-out requests are honored promptly, and the address is added to a suppression list applied across every sending domain and inbox we operate. To opt out, reply to any message or write to unsubscribe@springtheory.com.
5. Sending practices
Our sending domains publish SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records. We monitor bounce and complaint rates, verify address validity before sending, and suppress addresses that hard-bounce.
6. Reporting abuse
If you receive a message from Spring Theory, or referencing springtheory.com, that you believe violates this policy, contact abuse@springtheory.com. We investigate every report.
7. Enforcement and review
Violations of this policy by staff or contractors are grounds for termination of the engagement. This policy is reviewed at least annually.
