This course focuses on creating global businesses from both a theoretical and practical perspective. Projects delve into specific international market research and strategy issues that can benefit from further research and creativity. Companies will work with 3-4 teams, each of which should focus on a specific region or initiative to avoid overlap. Previous projects in this course involved a major commercial kitchen brand looking to expand their market share in a foreign country and disrupt incumbent industry players. We also had a global industry association that worked with the class to increase participation in one of their global training programs.
