This MBA Data Analytics course focuses on two key areas: Customer analytics and targeting strategies using secondary data as well as visual analytics using Tableau. The final project for this course is a collaboration with a live client. The project is designed to have students work across teams on researching and developing recommendations around a client-specific data analytics challenge that utilizes the company's CRM data. If necessary, steps can be taken to host company data on a secure server.
